We offer a wide variety of services from; Consulting, Full Wedding Planning, to a more limited, supportive role of Wedding-Day Director. We recognize that some brides like to keep maximum control over the preparations, in which case we are more than willing to take the backseat and offer advice or assistance as needed. In other cases, brides start out without a wedding planner only to find themselves overwhelmed as time goes on. That’s why many consultants are willing to step in a few months or so before the big day. They can also serve as coordinators only on the “day of” itself and are their to ensure that the day flows smoothly, coordinating all of the vendors, taking care of guests needs; working together in creating a day that is in every way what you envisioned.
Having a consultant should be part of your budget and not feel like an extra expense. In fact, you often save money because a consultant suggests less expensive alternatives and can often obtain discounts from other bridal vendors and can suggest cost saving ideas. We can do this by maintaining lists and keeping up relationships with professionals within the industry, and we know which vendors would be the most appropriate for your style of wedding, personalities and budget. Relax
Consulting services are for the bride and groom that want some advice and direction in planning. Personal consultations can take place any time in the months of planning. We will help you learn what's ahead during your engagement time and answer any questions you may have. During initial consultations we will start uncovering some details, advise you on styles/themes, make suggestions on venues and vendors. We will guide and help you determine the level of assistance you may need while planning your wedding or special event and ensure this happy time is fun and stress-free.
Queen Service
This service is for the bride and groom that want guidance from the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day. We will create a monthly planning schedule for you so that decisions are being made in an orderly fashion and that the event is well planned out and organized. We will generally meet with you several times during the planning process and assist you with vendor referrals, contract negotiations, suggestions on venues, invitations, favor ideas and theme styles for your wedding. We will also attend vendor appointments with you and ask the questions you may not know to ask. We go over all contracts and make certain all prerequisites exist and that things look accurate before you sign. All of these details are provided in a binder to assist you in keeping well organized.
We will also provide a wedding day schedule for the bride and groom, vendors, service providers, both sets of parents, wedding attendants and family involved in the ceremony. The schedule would be completed and accepted by the bride about three weeks before the wedding. It is our goal to work closely with all vendors and personnel at your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to make sure everything goes according to your plan. We will support you from beginning to end!
Princess Service
The big day is approaching and you have dedicated approximately 300 hours or more in planning and perfecting every aspect for your wedding day. Do you dare leave the execution of these details to chance?
We can be hired to assist any time during the planning process, though we highly recommend our assistance about a month or so before the wedding. During this time we will assist you in pulling together all the details, reviewing all contracted services and confirming vendor commitments. We will work with the details provided by you and formulate a master plan for the entire day. This schedule will be given to all vendors, wedding attendants and family members involved so that everyone knows exactly what they need to do. All the details will be taken care of and you will feel at ease knowing a professional is managing the event for you and more importantly, doing it just the way you wanted.
It will be invaluable to you and your families having someone available to pull all of the details together and help put out fires. You or your families should not have to worry if the caterer isn't ready with the food, or the florist is short a boutonniere or the DJ is out sick. We will be the contact for these issues and will have them rectified without interrupting your day.
"Day Of" is a very budget friendly way to get peace of mind on your wedding day. We promise to work closely with all vendors and personnel at your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will make sure everything goes according to your plan. So all you really have to do on your wedding day is relax, smile and enjoy!
